We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team in both full-time and part-time positions.

As we continue to grow and expand our presence across Australia, we are looking for Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at our Showground store in Castle Hill.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the store remains well-stocked, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to general stock management. There is also potential to grow into a broader sales role, including involvement in B2B (business-to-business) sales, as our business continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued.

· Develop a solid understanding of our products and promotions to confidently assist and guide customers.

· Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained store environment through regular upkeep and housekeeping.

· Engage with customers to build strong relationships, drive sales, and meet individual sales targets.

· Support visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a well-organised, fully stocked, and visually appealing store layout.

· Perform cashier duties and provide general assistance with daily store operations as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

· Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

· Strong attention to detail and effective organisational skills.

· Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.

· Previous experience in a retail setting is highly regarded.

· A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a solid understanding of current trends.
