My client is on the lookout for a talented Senior Associate in Family Law, who is ready to take on a Partnership opportunity in their highly established, reputable and growing family law team.

This will be a fast track to Partnership for the right person.

The Firm: My client has built an incredible reputation in the legal field for being an employer of choice and also being very good at what they do! They have a beautiful and stylish office based in the CBD which you can use in conjunction with working from home - they offer a good amount of flexibility. This firm is more outcome focussed rather than fixed on billable hours. They have a very modern and forward-thinking approach.

The Team: Family law is a strong arm to this firm; they have lots of work coming through the door and fantastic team to manage it. As a Senior Associate you will work closely with 2 great partners (accredited specialists) that are also strong mentors. You will be running complex and high net-worth files along with mentoring junior lawyers - this role is full of fun challenges and growth opportunity!

In this role you will have the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week after probation. On offer is social functions, team drinks, flexible working hours, health and wellbeing initiatives and training and career development.
