About the role

BKB Gr is looking for an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team in Pakenham, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality finish of our industrial equipment and machinery.

What you'll be doing

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and masking as required

Mix paint colours to match specifications and ensure a consistent finish

Operate spray painting equipment safely and efficiently to apply paint to a variety of industrial surfaces

Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to painted surfaces as needed

Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support productivity

Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an industrial spray painter, preferably within the trades and services industry

Strong technical skills in the use of spray painting equipment and techniques

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good physical fitness and dexterity to handle the demands of the role

Willingness to work as part of a team and follow established procedures
