We are looking for qualified and reliable Painter to join the team for train manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the EPU Manager, you will be part of an exciting project and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting through washing, scraping, sanding, or other methods.
• Mix and match paint and finishes to achieve desired colours and textures.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following all safety policies.
• Dismantle, clean, and store paint spraying equipment as needed.

Your Profile

• Must haveCert III Automotive Refinishing Technology or Cert III in Aircraft Surface Finishing or Cert III in Automotive Vehicle Body ( The qualification will be sighted at the time of interview)
• Preferred experience in rail or industrial painting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

• Location:Dandenong South
• Duration:6 months
• Payrate:$62.40/hr + Super + Penalties
• Work Hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• As part of recruitment process there will be D&A, Police check as part of the onboarding process.
