About the Role

Step into a meaningful role where you will empower clients to regain their sense of purpose through workplace re-engagement. Based in a vibrant Wollongong office, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing case management, and rehabilitation services.

Your day-to-day may include:

Managing return-to-work cases, including psychological claims

Conducting vocational and functional assessments

Developing tailored rehabilitation plans

Liaising with treatment providers, insurers, and employers

Delivering high-quality, compliant reports

Supporting clients through every step of their journey

About You

You are a motivated and values-driven professional, passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives. You will have:

Qualifications in Psychology (Provisional or General Registration) or Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC or RCAA Membership)

Experience within the Occupational Rehabilitation Sector

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients

A commitment to high-quality service delivery

Excellent organisational and written communication skills
