What You’ll Be Doing

Lead return-to-work case management for physical and psychological claims

Conduct vocational and functional assessments

Develop tailored, holistic rehabilitation plans

Mentor junior consultants and support best practice

Liaise with insurers, employers, GPs and treating teams

Deliver clear, timely, and impactful reports

Contribute to service development and continuous improvement

About You

You are a confident, experienced professional who values collaboration, integrity and meaningful outcomes. You bring a calm, grounded approach to your work and enjoy supporting others to thrive.

You will have:

Qualifications in Psychology (Provisional or General Registration) or Rehabilitation Counselling (ASORC or RCAA membership)

Experience in occupational rehabilitation, including case management and assessments

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

An interest in mentoring, leading or growing into a specialist role

A strong commitment to quality care and ethical service delivery
