Burleigh Truck Rental is a fast growing and dynamic company that is seeking motivated team members to join us in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. Full-Time and Casual Positions are on offer.Applicants with a proven background in Sales/ Customer Service should apply.A positive friendly can-do attitude and willingness to learn and be part of the team is most important.This is a Monday to Friday Hours Between 6.30am -5pm 4 days-40hrs week. Long Weekend off most weeks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

Enthusiastic to provide a great customer experience by taking bookings and dealing with customers via the phone and at the counter

Fit to Assist cleaning our trucks, vans, utes,and parking vehicles

Administration and other office duties

Minor Repairs

Essential Experience Required:

Well presented with strong sales/ customer service background

Have a strong drive to sell (upsell, cross-sell)

Good communicator

Ability to learn and operate our point of sale software

Basic Knowledge Computers -Data Entry

Ability to work unsupervised with a good sense of responsibility

Ability to multi task and be highly organised with strong attention to detail

Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution
