With a reputation built on professionalism, tenacity, and great people, we're looking for a new Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow even stronger.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multifaceted role that supports both the sales and marketing functions. From customer artwork approvals and supplier coordination, to social media campaigns and database management — you'll be at the centre of it all.
You'll liaise closely with customers, our art house, and production partners to ensure that all bag artworks are accurate, approved, and delivered to standard. At the same time, you'll help maintain our digital presence, support the sales team, and make sure our marketing materials are sharp and on-brand.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys making things happen behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage artwork approvals between customers, the art house, and internal teams
Ensure 100% accuracy and customer sign-off before production
Liaise with suppliers to ensure artwork and bag specs are correctly executed
Coordinate social media scheduling (LinkedIn, Instagram), and help produce visual content using Canva or Adobe Illustrator
Maintain up-to-date marketing material for EDMs, flyers, and field campaigns
Keep our website fresh and updated
Provide admin and reporting support to the sales team (stock on hand, ETAs, YTD sales)
Assist with CRM database accuracy and internal documentation
Support receival inspections for artwork/spec compliance when needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, marketing, or business administration
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business administration
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Knowledge of the marketing/artwork approval process
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Confidence using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar for visual content
Social media savvy with a sense for what looks good and works
Self-motivated, organised and ready to jump in where needed
