About the role

Plex Plumbing is seeking an experienced plumber to join our team on a contract basis. As a Plumber you will be responsible for delivering a range of plumbing services to residential customers in the Western and Eastern area. What you'll be doing

Undertaking a variety of plumbing installation, maintenance and repair tasks (e.g., blocked drains, tap replacements, hot water systems).

Renovations and New homes

Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues to provide effective and efficient solutions

Liaising with customers to understand their needs and deliver a high level of service

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

Work independently and as part of a team on scheduled and emergency call-outs

Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in confined spaces

What we're looking for

Formal trade qualification in plumbing with a minimum of 1-year post-apprenticeship experience

Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of residential and plumbing tasks

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve complex plumbing issues

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to high standards of safety and quality

Current driver's licence

Must have own tools of the trade
