The Opportunity

We are seeking a fully qualified and experienced plumber to join our skilled team, working across maintenance and emergency plumbing services for the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). This role offers a dynamic opportunity to broaden your skills within a supportive environment focused on precision, integrity, and continuous growth. We are looking for plumbers in both South-Eastern Suburbs and Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-standard plumbing maintenance and urgent repairs across government and residential facilities.

Respond promptly to emergency call-outs, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient resolutions.

Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving water, drainage, and other plumbing systems.

Liaise with DFFH representatives, tenants, and site managers in a professional and respectful manner.

Complete compliance and safety documentation to required standards.

Work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a responsive team.

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified plumber with current Victorian plumbing registration and license.

Proven experience in general maintenance and emergency plumbing services.

Sound knowledge of Australian Standards and OH&S compliance.

Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Valid driver’s licence
