About the Role

We’re advertising on behalf of a respected commercial plumbing company based in Carrum Downs, delivering high-quality work across metropolitan Melbourne. With a strong pipeline of projects—including warehouses, service stations, and fast-food outlets—this team is known for its commitment to safety, quality, and long-term relationships.

How You Will Contribute

Own plumbing tasks from start to finish across large-scale commercial sites

Interpret plans and confidently install drainage, water, gas, trade waste, and fire services

Plan your work efficiently, aligning materials and timeframes with overall project outcomes

Proactively solve challenges on-site with professionalism and initiative

Communicate clearly with team members, site supervisors, and subcontractors

Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with a strong safety focus

Support apprentices and lead by example

Demonstrate ownership in both independent and collaborative environments

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking qualified plumbers who bring technical expertise and a positive team mindset.

Minimum of 3 years' post-apprenticeship experience

Solid background in commercial construction plumbing (essential)

VBA registration, White Card, and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, accountable, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Experience liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Site leadership experience is highly regarded—but for the right candidate, a leadership development pathway is available
