We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Geraldton on a casula basis, 3-5 days per week. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the safe operation of highly advanced technology fitted trailer solutions across WA. You will assemble, deploy, and maintain fixed and mobile platforms, conduct risk assessments, and ensure trailer equipment is properly maintained. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Assemble, deploy, and maintain fixed and mobile platforms
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure trailer equipment is properly maintained
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve within tight deadlines
• Communicate with peers, management, and support team members
• Identify, assess, manage, and report hazards or risks
• Contribute to R&D processes, including testing and deployment
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and management systems
• Work in a variety of environments, including outside weather conditions, and interact with the public

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in electronic, electrical, or computer-related fields
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong technical diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to wear protective equipment while in the field
• Full driver's license and willingness to learn how to tow and reverse heavy trailers
• Holder of a current Work Health & Safety "White Card"
• Police and driving history check
• Ability to work remotely as required
