Vehicle Administrator
Government Contract | Hybrid Work | $46.36/hr + Super

📍 Location: Parramatta NSW
🕒 Duration: 21 July 2025 – 31 December 2025
💼 Hours: 35 hours per week (7 hours/day)
🖥 Hybrid Work: Initial training in office (5 days/week), then flexible hybrid options available
💰 Pay Rate: $46.36/hr + Super (PAYG or ABN flat rate)

Are you passionate about vehicles and have a knack for customer service and admin? We’re on the lookout for a Vehicle Administrator to join a busy government team within the Property Portfolio division. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things vehicle-related—handling sales and purchases, registrations, CTP and insurance renewals and liaising with both customers and service providers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a high volume of vehicle-related matters
• Handling vehicle sales, purchases, insurance and registration renewals
• Using internal systems to track and support vehicle services
• Liaising with external service providers
• Delivering excellent customer service, especially to clients with complex needs
• Identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery

What you’ll bring:

• Sound knowledge of vehicle registration processes
• A strong interest in vehicles and basic mechanical understanding
• Excellent customer service and admin skills
• Confidence working with digital platforms and systems
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
