The Role;
Based in their regional Wagga Wagga office, you will oversee the delivery of home care services across this region. Duties include;

• Lead and motivate your local Home and Community care team
• Promote and support growth of home care services across the regional Wagga Wagga region
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Willingness and ability to travel between various office locations

What where looking for;

• Tertiary qualifications in in healthcare, management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in community, disability, or age care management
• Ability to work to KPI's and deliver quality services within budget
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading large and geographically dispersed teams
• Current Drivers' License
