The role
Hawkesbury Refrigeration Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician - 4th year apprentice to join our team in South Windsor, NSW. As a full-time member of our Trades & Services team, you will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance and repair of residential, commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
What you'll be doing
Perform routine maintenance and servicing of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Carry out installations and upgrades of new systems
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations
What we're looking for
Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning cert III - 4th year apprentice
Minimum 3 years experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, components and troubleshooting techniques
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
Commitment to working safely and maintaining a clean, tidy work environment
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
