About the role

Shear Comfort Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Tradesman to join our team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. What you'll be doing

Install, commission and repair air conditioning

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning equipment

Perform routine maintenance and servicing of air conditioning units

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with regulations

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients

Maintain accurate records and job reports

Work as part of a team to meet company goals and deadlines

What we're looking for

Qualified tradesperson with a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in air conditioning installation, maintenance and repairs (post apprenticeship preferred)

Strong technical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must have Driver's licence

Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
