Embroidery Machine Operator – Casual or Part-Time or Full-Time

We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented and motivated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and strong experience in machine embroidery. Experience operating embroidery machines is essential for this role.

About the Role:

Flexible working arrangements: Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time

Minimum 25 hours per week, up to 40 hours for the right person

Assist with the operation of commercial embroidery machines

Help with design setup, thread changes, hooping, trimming and quality control

General assistance with production and garment handling

We’re Looking For:

Experience in embroidery machine operation preferred

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Reliability, punctuality, and a good work ethic

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and grow with the business
