We’re on the hunt for an upbeat and confident stylist to join us at Salon Lia, a boutique salon in the heart of Mentone, known for colour transformations, lived in blondes, and premium hair extensions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of hairdressing, especially colouring and styling, with bonus points for extension application knowledge (tape or weft). However training can be provided on this. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating flawless results and loves making clients feel like their best selves.

You’ll be confident with client consultations, offering expert advice, maintaining a clean and inviting workspace, and taking pride in the service experience from start to finish. We’re proud of the calm and beautiful energy we’ve cultivated at Salon Lia so we’re looking for someone who can match that vibe.

We don’t micromanage, so being independent, reliable, and able to take initiative is essential. But at the same time, we value teamwork, support, and collaboration. We’ve built a culture where everyone lifts each other up.

This role is open to both fully qualified stylists and 2nd or 3rd year apprentices who are eager to grow their skills in colour, blonding, and extensions.
