About the Role

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable APIs to support the client’s enterprise applications and ICT modernisation. Using Microsoft Azure tools, you’ll work on integration projects that directly support national electoral operations and transformation initiatives. f

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reusable and secure APIs using C#
• Develop Azure-based solutions with Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to create integration solutions
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient operations
• Develop and execute testing plans across integration touchpoints
• Maintain technical documentation for deployment and developer use

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in C# and RESTful API design principles
• Experience with API security protocols like OAuth and JWT
• Understanding of Azure integration services and microservices patterns
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, ideally Azure DevOps
• Excellent collaboration, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools for APIs

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Negative Vetting 1 security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
