Hours: Flexible shifts available between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tayla’d Care Service is a compassionate and client-focused support service dedicated to providing high-quality, tailored care to individuals in our community. We’re currently looking for a support worker to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting clients with daily living tasks, community participation, and personal care, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Shifts are available across various times of day between 6am and 6pm, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility.

What We’re Looking For:

A fun, caring, and positive personality – someone who brings good energy and genuine compassion to every interaction

A reliable and supportive approach to working with clients

Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)

Flexibility with working hours

A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (preferred)

Relevant qualifications and checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR, etc.)
