What You’ll Do:

Craft visually stunning, high-quality sushi and sashimi with creative flair

Design and execute an inspired raw bar menu combining tradition and innovation

Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, freshness, and consistency

Work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-end environment

Bring your talent, energy, and precision to every plate

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a premium or high-volume kitchen

Mastery of seafood preparation and exceptional knife skills

A strong eye for detail and presentation

Team-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure

Deep passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality excellence
