As we grow, we’re on the lookout for a confident and driven Estimating & Sales Coordinator to join our team and help fuel our next phase.

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, varied role combining customer service, quoting, and sales. You'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, prepare quotes using our internal tools, and follow up to lock in bookings. You'll also help build relationships with new B2B referral partners to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Use our quoting system to prepare accurate service estimates

Follow up leads to convert quotes into confirmed bookings

Deliver professional, friendly service every step of the way

Maintain and grow relationships with B2B referral partners

Support team initiatives to improve quoting and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in sales and quoting/estimating

Confident communicator with a friendly, persuasive phone manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Tech-savvy (we’ll train you on our systems)

Experience in home services, property, or related industries is a bonus
