The Bungalow Hotel is currently seeking Night Duty Managers for a full-time position in the picturesque Cairns, Far North Queensland, at a well-established venue. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Hospitality Management.

Candidates must be available for night shifts, weekends, and day shifts during the training period prior to transitioning into the Night shift duty manager role. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations and ensuring seamless functionality between the beverage and gaming areas to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction.

As a Duty Manager, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Flexible availability, including day, night, weekends, and public holidays

Leadership capabilities with a strong focus on hospitality and people management

Comprehensive knowledge of venue compliance, regulations, and operations

Training, motivating, and ongoing development of staff

Developing promotions and initiatives

Managing the venue's appearance and atmosphere

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

Experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organizational, motivational, and conflict resolution abilities

RSA, RSG, and TAB certificates are required

RMLV and Approved Manager's License (willingness to obtain)
