They foster a collaborative, respectful environment where everyone’s contribution is valued — and they’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a significant solar construction project in the Pilbara.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you’ll be the bridge between the project management team and a workforce of around 120 people on site. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that the project progresses safely, efficiently, and to specification.

This is a hands-on, field-based role — mostly out in the field with some basic office work — leading from the front and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, managing resources, workflows, and priorities in line with the construction program.

Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

Act as the point of contact between the site team and senior project management.

Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and uphold company values throughout the team.

Monitor plant and equipment, ensuring everything is maintained and operational.

Report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the broader leadership team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on large-scale construction projects (solar experience highly regarded).

Strong knowledge of piling and mechanical installation processes.

Solid mechanical understanding of plant and equipment, with the ability to guide maintenance and troubleshooting.

Excellent leadership and communication skills — able to build trust and maintain authority.

Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working in a remote, field-based environment.
