About the Position:

As a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in our client’s Melbourne office, you’ll manage your own portfolio of high-value disputes, delivering sound legal advice and advocacy tailored to each client’s strategic goals. You’ll take a commercial, cost-conscious approach—spotting key drivers early, identifying leverage points and working collaboratively across national teams to resolve matters in court, arbitration or through mediation and negotiation.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant legal qualification with admission to practice law in Victoria
• 6+ years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution, ideally with strong exposure in Commercial Litigation
• Proven experience on complex, multi-party and regulatory disputes
• Excellent drafting, advocacy and strategic problem-solving skills
• Strong client relationship management and team leadership
