Job Opportunity: Female Disability Support Worker

Position: Female Disability Support Worker (Casual)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable female Disability Support Worker to support a male participant experiencing social anxiety, depression, and loneliness. Your role will make a meaningful difference by providing emotional support and encouraging greater independence in his daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with daily routines and personal tasks

Encourage social interaction to reduce isolation

Support him in using a mobile phone and engaging with others confidently

What We’re Looking For:

Female, aged between 35–40 years

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Experience in mental health or disability care preferred

Must be patient, kind, and genuinely understanding

Working Hours:

Initial shifts: 4 hours, twice per week

Opportunity to increase hours over time
