About the role
Join Easy HealthCare Pty Ltd as a Disability Support Worker in our Mickleham, VIC 3064 location. This is a casual role that offers flexible work arrangements to support individuals with disabilities and help them live independently. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

What you'll be doing

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and transportation

Implement individualised support plans to help clients achieve their goals

Engage clients in recreational and social activities to promote community participation and inclusion

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or a related field

Experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities

Experience is working with Children (ASD Level 3, Intellectual Developmental Disorder, Global Developmental Delay)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient approach when working with clients

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Current First Aid and CPR certification
