Our teams deliver programs across Western Australia to help body and mind including in our role as lead agency for three headspace centres along the beautiful coastline south of Perth in Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah. This opportunity is for a clinically minded professional to join our leadership team in the position of Centre Manager at headspace Rockingham.
Each Centre Manager's role is to cohesively lead and manage the clinical, team and operational environments at their centre. Highly motivated to facilitate excellence in integrated holistic healthcare, you will be focused on the goal of improving outcomes for clients of the service and the wider community. headspace Rockingham is one of the busiest centres in our network and provides an excellent opportunity for an emerging or accomplished leader to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, the development and reinforcement of a safe workplace, and achieve overall alignment of all activities to 360 Health's values and organisational culture.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and eligibility for membership of AHPRA or AASW.
Ability to effectively lead and report on service planning and development processes
Capacity to effectively engage in team leadership and people management processes
Experience and ability to oversee manage all aspects of the team and individual staff members, including recruitment, staff orientation, supervision, performance reviews, staff disciplinary action, performance development and team building.
Experience in direct service provision to young people and/or providing mental health services or programs, including being able to respond effectively to crisis and high risk situations, when required.
National Police Certificate dated within 6 months and Working with Children check, or willingness to apply.

Salary $123,915 per annum plus 12% superannuation
