• Clinical responsibility of a 140 bed facility in the Mandurah area
• Report into a clinical Facility Manager and lead Clinical Coordinators, Nurses and Carers
• Manage, mentor and inspire a team that works in partnership to achieve a shared purpose and goals
• Help to achieve ongoing accreditation by conducting audits and introducing continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage clinical expenditure in line with set budget
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by effectively managing clinical feedback and complaints

About you:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential
• Influential, motivational and collaborative leader with demonstrated success in a Clinical Nurse Manager role in residential aged care
• Fantastic communication and customer service skills; able to develop rapport and provide a positive experience for new and existing residents and their families
• Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation and a proven track record leading a service to achieve clinical compliance
• Engaging, motivated, outcomes focused, flexible, passionate and driven to deliver contemporary care and services
