🛠️ About the Role

We are looking for passionate support workers who are ready to work a rotating 24/7 roster — including days, nights, weekends, and sleepovers — across our SIL home located in BELMONT

You’ll play a vital role in supporting people with intellectual disabilities by assisting with:

Personal care and daily living tasks

Community access and social activities

Transport and appointments

Behavioural and emotional support

✅ What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring both passion and professionalism, along with the following:

Minimum Certificate III in Disability or related field

At least 12 months of experience in the disability sector

Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities

First Aid Certificate

Current Australian driver’s licence

Access to a comprehensively insured, roadworthy vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Valid rights to work in Australia
