We are currently seeking a teacher for a team Year 1 classroom position. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support early years growth and foundational skills in literacy and numeracy.

What you will do:

Plan, implement and assess learning programs aligned with the Australian Curriculum

Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners

Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families

Use formative assessment to inform teaching practice and monitor progress

Contribute to the collaborative culture of the school and engage in professional learning

What you will bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent

Current registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia

A strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum, particularly in the early years

Proven ability to build positive relationships with young learners and foster student wellbeing

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to inclusive teaching practices
