At Two Wells Primary School, we are committed to building a culture of learning for the future in a safe, caring, and success-oriented environment. We place great importance on developing strong partnerships with families and the wider school community by being approachable, inclusive, and actively encouraging engagement in students' education.
Our school has a strong focus on wellbeing, literacy and numeracy, with ICT embedded across the curriculum, including two fully equipped computer rooms and interactive whiteboards in every classroom. We provide targeted support programs to help students achieve individualised literacy and numeracy goals, alongside programs that promote social and emotional wellbeing.
We are currently recruiting for three rewarding teaching roles:
Year 6 Classroom Teacher - We are seeking a passionate and committed teacher to lead a Year 6 class. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and make a real impact on student engagement and achievement in the upper primary years.
Literacy & Numeracy Intervention Coordinator (Leader Band B-1) - This leadership role is responsible for the implementation of R–6 intervention programs across the school. You’ll work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to identify learning needs and deliver evidence-based strategies that improve student outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage intervention planning and delivery in literacy and numeracy
Support and coach staff in implementing effective, inclusive teaching practices
Monitor student progress and adjust programs accordingly
Promote a positive and inclusive school culture
1:1 Teacher - Students with Disability & complex needs - This full-time position supports a Junior Primary student through tailored, play-based learning and personalised inclusion strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of students with disabilities and complex needs, including Autism and PDA, and the ability to create a warm, safe, and responsive learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualised learning plans
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet specific learning needs
Foster emotional regulation and social development
Work closely with specialists, families, and staff
Use trauma-informed, strength-based approaches in daily practice
At Two Wells Primary School, we believe a positive school culture is the foundation for student and staff success. Whether you’re leading a classroom, designing targeted interventions, or supporting an individual student’s learning journey, you’ll be part of a vibrant and committed team.
Part-time and flexible work arrangements will be considered.
