We are seeking both Production and Cultivation Technicians to join our expanding team. The Role:
As a Medicinal Cannabis Technician, you will play a critical role in cultivation and/or production processes, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency of our operations. This position is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to contribute to a dynamic team.

Paying the standard Horticulture Award Rates.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Production Technician - Operating processing equipment autonomously.

Cultivation Technician - Propagation, planting, trellising, pruning, fertigation, harvesting, and drying.

Ensuring product quality through rigorous attention to detail and adhering to quality testing protocols.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues as they arise.

Performing general and periodic cleaning of equipment.

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all activities for compliance and audit purposes.

Adhering to all company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Conditions:

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

All employees are required to undergo regular police checks and bankruptcy checks

Random drug and alcohol testing will apply throughout employment.

Full working rights for Australia are required.

Weekend work is required on a rotating roster - penalty rates apply.

There may be a crossover of roles between production and cultivation for the right candidate.
