We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Customer Service Technician to join our dynamic field service team. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy solving technical issues, and thrive in a professional, customer-focused environment – this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending on-site service calls for preventative maintenance, breakdowns, installations, and connectivity support

• Delivering high-quality repairs to minimise customer downtime

• Accurately documenting service reports and job details

• Maintaining your assigned toolkit, service vehicle, and vehicle stock

• Servicing MFP on Mine sites, including overnight stays

• Collaborating with our Branch Administrator Managers

• Participating in ongoing internal training and development

• Supporting general workshop, warehouse, and logistics tasks when needed

About You

Essential:

• Hands-on experience servicing printers, copiers, scanners, or MFD's (Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Brother experience required)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and a sense of ownership

• Sound commercial judgment and decision-making under pressure

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Desirable:

• Basic IT/network troubleshooting skills for device connectivity

• Familiarity with Document Management Systems and remote support tools

• Ability to identify and communicate sales opportunities
