About the role
Northern Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Physiotherapist - Grade 2 to join our dynamic Paediatrics team in Craigieburn. This is a part-time role that will allow you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our young patients and their families.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment and rehabilitation to paediatric patients
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans
Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
Educating patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records
Participating in team meetings, professional development activities and quality improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Physiotherapy degree or equivalent qualification
Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a paediatric setting
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
