Civil Excavator Operators Wanted!

Location: Mackay, QLD (DIDO position)

Roster: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays), 10-hour shifts

About Our Client:

Our client is a well-established leader in civil construction, delivering key infrastructure and earthworks projects across Queensland. They are trusted for their quality results and teamwork on major works like bulk earthmoving, road construction, drainage, and mine site prep.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a crew working on a sub-division project based in Mackay. You’ll be based locally in Mackay and will play a key role operating Excavators and Loaders to support site development and earthworks.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Proven experience operating Excavators (Final Trim and GPS experience essential)

Current RII evidence

Background on subdivision or civil projects highly regarded

A proactive, team-first attitude

Driver’s Licence & White Card

A strong work ethic with pride in a job well done
