About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Manager or Assistant Manager with a powerful background in bridal or intimates retail to lead and elevate the client journey in one of Melbourne's most exquisite retail settings - located just outside the CBD.
You'll be responsible for driving conversion through intentional sales strategy, mentoring a talented team, and delivering an unmatched experience for each and every bride. This isn't just about styling; it's about creating magic with purpose, structure, and measurable outcomes.
As second-in-command to the Cluster Manager, you'll be responsible for sales performance, team development, and daily operations - all while ensuring the boutique remains a high-energy, high-standard environment.
Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, elevating every bridal journey
  
• Drive and exceed KPIs and sales targets, with a strong focus on conversion metrics
  
• Support the Cluster Manager in coaching, mentoring, and leading the team
  
• Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development initiatives
  
• Maintain premium visual merchandising and operational standards
  
• Confidently present and sell gowns with price points ranging up to $10,000+
  
• Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the local community
  

About You
You are a natural leader with emotional intelligence, drive, and commercial focus. You don't just "style" - you sell with passion and purpose. You thrive in a structured, KPI-driven environment, and understand the value of creating a seamless, elevated customer experience from the first fitting to the final farewell.
You will bring:

• Proven leadership or senior sales experience in bridal or luxury intimates retail

• Maturity, professionalism, and the ability to guide clients through emotional purchases
  
• Experience selling high-value items in a consultative environment
  
• A love for mentoring and developing others - you lift as you climb
  
• Proximity to the boutique - living close by is essential
