Skills and Experience
Two years of management experience in a retail environment, ideally fashion retail.
Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings
Proven display skills in visual merchandising
Effective literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators
Receptive to one-on-one performance coaching
