What you’ll need to succeed

The successful applicant will have:

· Qualifications:

o Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration

o Current WA C-Class Driver’s Licence

o First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain

· Experience:

o Experience in aged care case management and clinical governance

o Demonstrated experience in delivering complex care in community settings

· Skills:

o Strong understanding of Support at Home program and classification system

o Sound clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

o Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills

o Capacity to mentor and support others in clinical practice

· Knowledge:

o Familiarity with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

o Working knowledge of electronic care management systems

The benefits of working with us

· Flexible working (No night shift work or weekends) 3 days per week

· Salary package range of $117,000 - $135,000 (pro rata) per annum dependent on qualifications and experience inclusive of:

o Up to 15% with Council superannuation contribution

o 4 weeks’ annual leave
