Progressive Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team and provide care to clients in their own homes as part of home care packages.

We are seeking the right candidate to fill a part time role (3-4days a week) within our team to attend to our clients in the community.

Whilst working as a community based Registered Nurse with Progressive Home Care you will partner with clients; supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence and quality of life in their own home. The successful candidate will conduct clinical assessments, plan and deliver interventions, and provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to our clients. You will need exceptional problem solving, time management, and decision-making abilities to promote choice, control, and quality of life for our clients.

Community aged care experience is essential for this position to meet the needs of our clients.

A successful candidate will have the following:

· AHPRA - Nurse Registration

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

· High level time management and organisational skills

· Community nursing experience

· A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people in a community setting

Essential Requirements:

· Clear Australian National Police clearance

· Current or willing to obtain CPR certificate

· Current and valid Driver's license

· Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
