About the Role
As our new Associate, Infrastructure, you'll play a critical role in coordinating and delivering high-priority government projects in regional NSW. This role is part of the Infrastructure & Regional Coordination branch in the Delivery and Engagement Group within the Premier's Department.
You'll work closely with multiple NSW Government agencies to monitor project progress, support executive steering committees and decision-making, resolve policy and delivery challenges, and provide high-quality advice to the Premier, Cabinet, and senior executives.
Current team priorities include driving solutions to regional housing shortages and supporting NSW's transition to renewable energy - two of the government's highest priorities. You'll help ensure these projects are well-governed, on track, and making a meaningful impact.

We're Looking For
- Governance & Project Coordination Experience: Proven ability to support delivery of multi-agency projects with strong governance frameworks
- Strong Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Experience managing relationships with senior government and external stakeholders
- Analytical & Policy Writing Abilities: Ability to prepare accurate, succinct, and high-quality advice and documentation
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Skill in identifying risks and solutions in complex project environments
- Collaboration & Communication: A team player who fosters cooperation across agencies
- Public Sector Knowledge: An understanding of government priorities and cross-agency delivery models is an advantage
