About the Role

We’re seeking a professional and proactive Admin Assistant to join this dedicated team. You’ll be the friendly face at the front desk, supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre including enrolment admin, parent communication, scheduling, and compliance-related tasks. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same!

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in administration, preferably in an early learning or education setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Strong computer literacy (Xplor, QikKids, or similar systems an advantage)
• A warm and welcoming presence for children, families, and educators

Salary & Benefits

• $55,000 – $65,000 + super, Negotiable
