About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to guide and mentor our team of educators. In this full-time leadership role, you will work closely with the Centre Director and the teaching team to ensure best practices in curriculum planning, pedagogy, and compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
You’ll be the driving force behind quality teaching practices, supporting reflective practice and continuous improvement across the centre.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a room leader or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
• A passion for leading and inspiring a team of educators

Salary & Benefits

• $75,000 – $85,000 + super (based on experience)
