About the role
Goodstart Early Childhood Learning Centre are on the lookout for Early Childhood Educators to join our supportive and compassionate team on a permanent full-time, part time or casual basis. Reporting to centre director the duties and responsibilities include:
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
Collaborate with a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Develop, implement, and evaluate the daily care routines and programmes for individual children and/or groups
Build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their caregivers.

Skills and experience
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care
Proven understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, Early Years Developmental Milestones
Working with Children check - VIC
A passion for teaching, professional development, and collaboration
Experience in planning, programming, and observing children’s developmental growth.
