The Opportunity
I'm currently working with a well-regarded, boutique custom home builder that’s looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step away from high-volume builds and focus on quality, not quantity.

You’ll be overseeing 5 - 10 builds at any given time, with a mix of low-set and two-storey builds. Sites are spread across Brisbane’s Western Corridor (Ripley) and inner-North of Brisbane, so being comfortable with driving is important.
This builder has a reputation for doing things properly - they're not chasing mass volume but are committed to delivering a quality product every time.

What You Bring

• Recent experience supervising custom or volume homes
• QBCC Site Supervisor licence
