The Opportunity
Following an internal promotion, the firm is seeking a confident and capable lawyer with 2+ years PAE, ideally up to Associate level, to join their collaborative and commercially focused team. This is a great opportunity to work on high-quality matters in a supportive environment that values both technical skill and practical insight.

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates with experience in reputable defendant insurance teams. Key qualities include:

• Relevant Experience – Exposure to personal injury, public and product liability is preferred; general insurance litigation will also be considered.
• Commercial Acumen – Strong technical and research skills, with a practical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Legal Drafting & Advisory Skills – Confidence in handling both straightforward and complex matters.
• Team-Oriented Approach – Someone who values collaboration, shares knowledge, and contributes to a positive team culture.
• Organised & Proactive – Able to manage files and run a caseload under supervision.

Plaintiff lawyers looking to transition to defendant work are also encouraged to apply.
