Location: Malaga, WA
Employment Type: Full Time - Mon-Fri (one weekend a month on call)

👀 Who We’re Looking For:
You’re not just an admin whiz or a sales gun — you’re a bit of everything. A self-starter with a sense of humour, an eye for detail, and a love of helping things run like clockwork. You’ll be the glue that holds the back office together while playing a key part in growing the business. No two days will be the same — and you love that.
💼 Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Managing bookings for tours and charters (Club55 and more)
Handling customer inquiries via phone and email — friendly vibes only!
Driver & Vehicle Check Ins on site at the depot
Coordinating tour operations and working closely with Suppliers, Drivers & Guides
Assisting with product development (new tours, fresh ideas, itinerary building)
Keeping on top of emails, invoices, CRM updates, and general admin duties
Supporting social media updates and newsletters (bonus points if you love Canva)
Jumping in wherever needed to keep things humming along smoothly
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
Admin or office management experience (tourism experience a big bonus)
Great written and verbal communication skills
Solid computer skills — Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Xero, etc.
Ability to think on your feet, problem solve, and laugh along the way
A love for WA, travel, people, and helping a small biz grow
Bonus: Marketing, social media, sales or tourism operations knowledge
