They are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to join their Adelaide office. The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day legal operations while liaising with clients and supporting multiple fee earners.

Your day-to-day will include:

▪️ Diary management, travel bookings, and liaising with clients

▪️ Preparing legal documents and correspondence (emails, memos, letters)

▪️ Monthly billing and management of electronic documentation

▪️ Completing finance-related documentation including trust accounting

▪️ General office support such as reception cover, court filing, and stationery ordering

About You

▪️ Proven experience as a legal secretary or administrator in a legal environment (ideally 2 years plus)

▪️ Strong verbal and written communication skills

▪️ Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Word and PowerPoint)

▪️ Familiarity with document and billing systems such as FileSite, Affinity, Expert, or similar

▪️ Ability to support multiple fee earners, work autonomously, and prioritise competing deadlines

▪️ A proactive and adaptable team player with strong file management skills and initiative
