Are you hands-on with hardware and love solving tech puzzles in the field? We're looking for Customer Engineers to service and maintain ATM machines, vending machines, and reverse vending systems across Sydney and Gosford. Whether you've worked with snack dispensers, recycling units, or banking terminals, your mechanical and electrical know-how is welcome here.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites to repair and maintain ATM, vending, and reverse vending machines
Complete a 5-day training program (ATM certification required)
Troubleshoot hardware issues and deliver high-quality fixes
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
0-1 years of related experience in hardware support or field servicing
A+ Certification or ITE/Polytechnic in Electronics & Communications Engineering
Familiarity with Windows XP/2000 and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience maintaining PC hardware, peripherals, routers, switches, hubs
Background in vending machine or reverse vending machine servicing is highly valued
Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to work independently
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
High level of personal integrity and a team-oriented mindset
