About the role
We are in an exciting stage of growth, and we're looking for an enthusiastic
individual to be on the frontline of our enquiries. You will help connect our customers with reputable local repairers, offering the same seamless experience they're accustomed to when booking a hotel or ordering takeaway.
We are seeking strong, reliable, and responsive communicators who can navigate various systems and provide exceptional customer service to our customers when they need it most.
Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for our Accident Management Assist line and general business enquiries.
What you’ll bring
You have a customer-first mindset and well-developed experience in a customer service role.
You have strong administration skills and can manage numerous tasks simultaneously.
You will provide high level professional customer service and the ability to think on your feet as no enquiry is the same.
You are Tech Savvy and customer focused with ideally some Call Centre experience.
A willingness to work with a diverse team and regional customers.

First 6 months will be office-based to support your training and onboarding experience. After that, you'll have the option to work from home up to 2 days per week
